Judges for the 55th Bay Annual


Sarah has been working for Florida Division of Cultural Affairs since 2002, where she is a Program Manager. Originally from Iowa, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Kansas City Art Institute and a Master of Fine Art and Museum Studies Certificate from Florida State University. Prior to joining the Division, Sarah served as Traveling Exhibits Coordinator at the Museum of Florida History in Tallahassee, and has taught elementary art. Sarah resides in Tallahassee, is an oil painter and avid sailor.


Linda holds an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her mixed-media two- and three-dimensional works have been shown in many regional and national venues. Her works have also been featured in numerous public art projects such as concerts, plays, processions and parades. Her paintings have also been featured in New American Paintings. She currently makes her home in Tallahassee, Florida, where she maintains a studio in the historic Smoky Hollow section of town. She teaches part-time in the Department of Art and International programs at Florida State University.
